CDD holds a strategic portfolio of land assets in Southern Bahia and is currently leading one of the region’s most ambitious infrastructure initiatives: the development of the new international airport of Porto Seguro. Designed to serve the growing demand for premium tourism and real estate along the Discovery Coast, the project is set to redefine regional connectivity, logistics, and investment potential in one of Brazil’s most iconic destinations.
Latitude3, through its founder, is responsible for the full strategic, legal, financial, and operational advisory of CDD’s activities. Following the transition of all former Tradepoint operations, Latitude3 now leads the structuring and investor relations efforts for this long-term development.
