Our Current and Ongoing Role:
Strategic repositioning and financial restructuring of the group of companies that form the Campo Bahia project.
Legal and operational integration, including corporate reorganizations, governance implementation, and regulatory compliance.
Design and implementation of fractional ownership models, including contracts, credit structures, tax planning, and onboarding of domestic and international investors.
Training and support for sales teams, focused on high-net-worth clientele and complex real estate transactions.
Investor relations and international representation, with active presence in European markets to promote investment opportunities linked to Campo Bahia.
Development of supporting infrastructure, such as agro-tourism projects, architectural guidelines, and the Owner’s Guide for property use and community engagement.
