A Strategic Chapter in Cross-Border Investment and Complex Project Structuring

Between 2023 and 2025, Tradepoint-Brasil operated as a boutique advisory firm focused on cross-border investments, legal and financial structuring, and high-complexity real estate and hospitality projects in Brazil. Under the leadership of its founding partner, the firm became known for its disciplined execution and strategic insight, especially in the luxury tourism and infrastructure sectors.

Key initiatives led during this period include the repositioning of Campo Bahia, the operational restructuring of Vila Angatu, and the foundational planning for the Porto Seguro International Airport, contributing directly to the revitalization of the Discovery Coast in Bahia.

Transition to Latitude3

In 2025, a strategic reorganization was carried out. The founding partner stepped away from Tradepoint-Brasil and launched a new, independent platform—Latitude3—to continue leading and developing all Bahia-based projects.

Importantly, this transition was friendly, collaborative, and seamless. The teams at Tradepoint and Latitude3 remain in close contact, united by a shared history and a spirit of cooperation. Both companies continue to support one another’s success, with complementary roles in the investment landscape.

While Tradepoint-Brasil remains active under new leadership, Latitude3 now operates independently, focused exclusively on the Campo Bahia group of companies, Vila Angatu, CDD - Porto Seguro International Airport and related developments along the Discovery Coast.
