Latitude3, through the direct involvement of its founder, played an essential role in the early strategic and legal structuring of the project, representing Machado Incorporação. Our advisory focused on securing the land base and ensuring full compliance with the complex legal and regulatory frameworks surrounding land use, acquisition, and subdivision.
